You will also explore the power of storytelling and personal narrative, along with proven narrative frameworks drawing on the work of Joseph Campbell, Barbara Minto’s McKinsey method and the Language of the Senses (LOTS).

                  Building social capital

For senior leaders, collaborative strategies and building social capital are vital to successful leadership. Testimonials

The session was packed with real-world examples that pushed me to think differently about the future. It was a lot to take in, but exactly the kind of perspective shift senior leaders need before they can lead through it.

                                      Dr. Praveen Purohit

                                      CHRO, Vedanta Aluminium, India

The most valuable part was the future-back approach to strategy. Instead of improving current practices, it challenged us to imagine a fundamentally different future and work backwards to what must be done today. That shift, from incremental improvement to building something resilient over time, was both insightful and inspiring.

                                      James Whitney

Manager, Digital Information Operations & Governance, Bechtel Corporation, Saudi Arabia

What stayed with me was the concept itself — thinking through assumptions that look unbelievable today but will quietly become tomorrow's foundations. It's the kind of thinking that changes how you plan, not just what you plan.

                                      Ahmad Houssami Jbeily

Environment, Health & Safety and Risk Manager, Vale, Oman

The biggest takeaway was learning how to adapt and build the instincts of a future leader — not just respond to change, but anticipate it before it arrives.

                                      Vishal Sharma

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Raymond Limited, India

Strategy has to be built by imagining what the world and the industry will look like at the end of your planning horizon, and staying alert to what the next generation of customers will actually value.
